I recently worked with Alex on a complex, large scale company IP integration project and she somehow made the seemingly impossible, possible. Not only that but her friendly approach and plain old hard work meant that our day to day on the task was enjoyable.❝
Alex Keen and I worked together over a number of years both on opposite sides of the table (when Lionsgate bought into Kindle Entertainment) and on the same side (once Kindle came under the Lionsgate umbrella). Her experience across so many areas of film and television development, production, finance and distribution together with her amazing attention to detail ensures she is a formidable negotiator, a mine of information and a big support.❝
It was a pleasure to work with Alex Keen who, whilst being legally astute, is quick to understand business nuances and benefits from a healthy dose of commerciality.❝

Alex is a very experienced lawyer, easy to work with, collaborative and insightful. I very much enjoyed working with her on a complex IP rights reorganisation project.❝
We worked together with Alex when we went into partnership during our time with Lionsgate. She was a pleasure to deal with: quick, seemingly on call 24/7, pragmatic and above all inventive about getting solutions. Her extensive knowledge across business affairs generally and the mergers & acquisitions piece was very impressive.❝
Alex and I worked together at Lionsgate UK. Alex was extremely collaborative, responsive and a great problem solver. Alex’s door was always open, she understood the obstacles that the Marketing team often had to navigate, supporting and enabling us to build highly creative campaigns within the agreed legal parameters.
